Our business was founded in 1999 as the CRM BPO provider to the Telefónica Group. Since then, we have significantly diversified our client base, and subsequent to the Acquisition in December 2012, we became an independent company. Our CRM BPO solutions are delivered through our technology-enabled, multi-channel platform.
